All rates quoted in Canadian Dollars. A $20 refundable cash deposit is
required for key. The full payment due in
cash only upon arrival.
Accommodation Policy:
 Total accommodation fee,
fist and last month rent is required when moving-in. Please be advised
that we only accept cash.
LastMonth rent, a
one time “refundable” deposit of one month’s rent, is required to pay in advance. Monthly Rent
( cash only ) will
be collected at the beginning of each month.
Notice of cancellation
must be given at least 1 month in advance.
Monthly rent are not
refundable.
Parking is $10 per month
This is a non-smoking
house. No pets.
No
breakfast is provided.
There are no
daily
or weekly
rates.
