• How do I get to the home from Pearson International Airport?
  Toronto Public Transportation - Bus and Subway. Outside terminal: take bus #192 airport "Rocket" to Kipling Station. Go downstairs at the station. Take the East Bound subway to the Dundas West stop. Exit train. Follow the Map - 2 minutes to the bus 40 or 168 from Dundas West subway station or 15 minutes walking to the house from Dundas West subway station.
   
• What time can we see the room?
  By appointment only: Wednesday from 7 pm to 8 pm and Saturday 1 pm to 2 pm. Please call at 416 839 5895 or e-mail at room4u@gmail.com with your details to make an appointment.
   
• Can you please indicate the prices? Are there any hidden cost?
  The prices are in the web site and there is no extra charge (except for electricity if you have high consumption electrical equipments) or hidden cost (net charges). There are no additional charges for gas, water, internet and local call. High consumption electrical equipments( such as Air condition or Heavy-duty heaters) are not allowed.
   
• Can children or couple stay?
  No. Single person accommodation only.
   
• Is there a minimum nights stay?
  2 Month minimum.
   
• If I have overnight guests?
  Overnight guests are not allowed to stay.
   
• What happens if I need to leave early?
  Notice of cancellation must be given at least 1 month in advance. Monthly rent is not refundable.
   
• Do we need to clean the room before we leave?
  Yes. Leave the room in a reasonable order.
   
• Is there a convenient store or restaurant in walking distance ?
  Yes there are convenient, grocery store and restaurant (mall food court) within walking distance.
   
• Do your rooms have air-conditioning?
  No. None of the rooms are equipped with air-conditions..
   
• Do your rooms have heater?
  Yes.
   
• Can pets stay?
  No.
   
• Do you have cooking & laundry facilities?
  Kitchen - You can cook in the 2 kitchens.
  Coin Operated Laundry - A washer and dryer is available for your use, you have to supply your own detergent and fabric softener.
   
• Will I have a phone and internet connection in my room?
  All rooms have individual internet connection ready. There is a telephone in the house (free local call). The telephone is shared between all residents. There is a 20 minute maximum call period. If you would like to make a long distance call, then you are required to purchase a long distance calling card.
   
• Do you have a parking?
  Yes we do have parking for $10 per month.
   
• Are bed linen, pillow and towels provided?
  For hygienic reason, Towels and Bed linens are not provided. Bring your own.
